INDOCTRINATION 1. Today, Thursday, 13 August 1953, a total of 69 people attended the weekly Indoctrination Program. The audience consisted of 64 new persons and the following 5 members of the Directorate of Intelligence, USAF: Name Title Maj. Walter R. Harris Intelligence Staff Officer, Targets Miss Annabelle V. Balian Intelligence Analyst, Targets Mr. Robert A. Leavitt Intelligence Analyst, Targets Mr. Frank H. Perez Intelligence Analyst, Targets Mr. Herbert B. Sholar Intelligence Analyst, Targets 2. Today's audience was very poor and unresponsive. 25X1 25AI II. ORIENTATION Transcriptions of the remarks of the speakers at the Eleventh Agency Orientation Course completed last week are being prepared. Transcrip- tions of the DCI's and the DDCI's remarks have been forwarded to the Chief, Plans and Policy Staff, for use, if deemed appropriate, in the Training Bulletin series. 1. The Chief, Orientation and Briefing Division, is this week attending the special session of the SAIS on "The Problems of Soviet Imperialism." 2. Chief, 00/C, reviewed the graphic material available in this office to assist him in preparing a graphic display of the flow of information through specific collection facilities indicating the re- sponsibilities in collection of each office. 3.
