On 29 April, a conference on testing and evaluation probl ` lA9a and techniques was held with staff members of the Professional Trainee course. The followin 2. The information derived from such interviews will be supplementary to the Testing & Evaluation Summary prepared for each student at the beginning of the course, 3. During the past week, 12 UTG/A and 7 language applicants were tested. !t. The final report on the Personnel Testing & Evaluation Divisi H for different groups of occupaticns in CIA. This week he spent about three hours with us going C7 over the report on the Personnel Testing & Evaluation Division and~:a a ~? a headquarters' testing. He is being furnished with the various CIA pub-! lications, e.g. dealing with career programs which relate to testing i and evaluation plans. 7.
