1. This Office is not conducting any training activities
independent of the training programs established and conducted
by the Office of Training, but concurs in the proposed draft.
2. With respect to reference (b) this Office does not
feel that it can comment in the absence of information which
demonstrates the need for the proposed professional administra-
tive officer program. It sees no objection to the listed
