1. The attached items were taken in the order shown with action
taken as shown on each sheet. These are the concluding remarks in regard
to the Holding Program.
2. We 0 stated to the effect that OPC wants a central pool for
all semi-covert personnel who will be there from 2-3 days tp 2-3 months.
Be recommended that it be operated under the cognizance and direction of
Personnel Dibision, CIA and the Training phases under Training Covert.
3. Mr. I&S stated to the effect that they were working on
that all newcomers would go
into one or the other; that a complete staff with backstop etc. were required
for each.
