I am most anxious to have the above man, a Lockheed employee,
cleared for the RAINBOW Program. I am informed by Ketty Johnson
that he has been working on the Project and in this capacity
has been Agency cleared. I am also told that, as be was the Project
Officer for that undertaking, he was made witting of AQUATO! E. If
your records reflect these facts, I assume that you will be able to
give me a quick reply. If you do not have a record of these clearances.
would you let me know his status right away.
