are requesting no change in the OSA Contracting Officer's
authority except to substitute the name of 25X1A9a
for that of who has een reassigns 5X1A9a
This, I believe, actors with your expressed desire that
there be no change in the arrangement pending a final decision
on the recommendations contained in the recently published

2. If the recommendations are acted upon, they 25X1A5a1
will undoubtedly have a considerable impact on the Agency's
procurement activities and therefore cause us to reconsider
this delegation.
