In order to widen the latitude of conditions under wh'ch overflight opera-

III PERSONNEL REQUIREMENTS
a. To man a detachment having the capability of launching approximately
four sorties per week will require approximately 85 personnel. Dej
upon whether the detachment is shed at a U. S. Air Force Base
