MEMORANDUM FOR: Executive Director-Comptroller
SUBJECT: Gratuities to Key Airline Employees and
Membership in the National Aviation Club
1. This memorandum contains a recommendation for your
approval. Such recommendation is contained in paragraph 3.
25X1A9a 2. For the past ten years
Chief of the OSA. Travel Branch, has been authorized to
maintain membership in the National Aviation Club and pro-
vide small gratuities to key airline employees at Christmas.
25X1A9a These personal associations in the various airlines have
made it possible for to obtain special services
which would not otherwise have been available.
3. On 17 March 1966 the Executive Director-Comptroller
directed that these expenditures be submitted to him, or to
the DCI or DDCI, for approval. It is requested that you
approve the reimbursement of these expenditures for 1966 in
an amount not to exceed $150.00.
