Thank you for your letter of 16 January concerning the
arrangements for Admiral Turner's appearance at your spring
meeting. We will arrive in Boca Raton late Saturday afternoon,
10 March, and will leave early afternoon on Monday, 12 March.
In addition to Admiral and Mrs. Turner the remainder of the
art will consist of USN, and
USN, both. special assistants to STAT
Admiral Turner, myse an one security aide.
We will not need any ground transportation and it is
certainly not necessary for you or anyone from the American
College of Trial Lawyers to meet us at the hotel. I will
contact your room after we check In to let you know we have
arrived safely.
In the meantime, if there are additional materials or
information I can provide, please let me know. We look forward
to seeing you in March.
