1. At the Business Council I invited Mr. Rawleigh Warner, Jr.,
Chairman of Mobil Oil Corporation, to come to the Agency fora discussion
of world oii and energy matters. He indicated considerable interest
in doing so and thought he would ask Mr. Charles DiBona of the American
Petroleum Institute to come along with him. He said he would call before
long and try to make an appointment.
2. If he does do this,. I'd appreciate some background on
the international energy .scene.
