The FBI and Chicago Field Office are working with Ft. Knox to ensure availability of AUTOSEVOCOM phone and use of military helicopter to get to Ft. Knox for use of the phone. The phone is located in Building 1227, 7th and Old Ironsides Avenue, Ft. Knox, and will be in operation 24-hours a day. All contacts for use of phone and helicopter should be established shortly. Reservations have been obtained as follows in the suites indicated: Judge Webster - 716? Director Turner - 718; Admiral Stockdale - 720; FBI agents - 714; All rooms will be pre-registered and keys available on arrival at airport. Other key officials on the 7th floor will be Governor of Kentucky, Room 702 (with three security officers nearby); General Doolittle, Room 706; Judge Johnson, Room 708 (with deputy marshal nearby); Judge Sirica, Room 710; Herr Wegener (sic), SWAT leader, Group 9, Germany, Room 724 (with nine criminal investigative command guards and two Kentucky State Police); and General Omar Bradley, Room 726 (with military escort in Room 728). 2. Security seems to be well covered here with overkill by the' Kentucky State Police, U.S. Army and FBI. 3. I will be obtaining further information from Public Affairs FBI Office - one will be the schedule and the other the room plat for the 7th floor.
