THIS IS THE THIRD AND FINAL OAK SUPPLEMENT REPORT ON MISSION 4036
AND PROVIDES INFORMATION ON THE COMMITTEE ON OVERHEAD
RECONNAISSANCE (COMOR) TARGETS OBSERVED ON THE PHOTOGRAPHY
AND NOT INCLUDED IN THE OAK REPORTS FOR THIS MISSION. ALSO
INCLUDED IN THIS REPORT ARE PREVIOUSLY REPORTED NON-COMDR TARGETS
REFLECTING SIGNIFICANT CHANGE, TARGETS WITH SIGNIFICANT ORDER
OF BATTLE (OB) INFORMATION, AND TARGETS WHICH ARE EITHER NEWLY
IDENTIFIED OR KNOWN BUT REPORTED FOR THE FIRST TIME BY NPIC.
TARGETS ARE ARRANGED IN THE OAK SUPPLEMENT BY SUBJECT AND WITHIN
EACH SUBJECT BY COMDR TARGET NUMBER. PREVIOUSLY REPORTED NON-COMOR
