Dear Nancy:
Tn connection with the upcoming depcs Lion of Sidney Gottlieb,
my understanding in that since January o this year the CIA has
been in the process of declassifying a testimony of Sidney
Gottlieb before the Church Committee, in fact to redactions for
privileged material. It is estimated at such testimony is
expected to be available in three weeks, ;by July 31, 1995. That
information is inconsistant with that whi was relayed by you to
Chief Magiatrete Judge Suchwald on June 26F1095. tf I obtain that
testimony at about that release time, 1 should be able to go
forward with Sidney aottlieb'a deposition on August 14, 1995.
Inasmuch as you ware supposed to advise me of the availability
of Mr. Gottlieb's testimony before the Church Committee, I would
