Re: FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT REQUEST
To the person processing our FOIA request,
Pursuant to the federal Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552 et seq., I request access to and
copies of the forms of records listed below.
Here is what I am looking for:
- records related to the videogame "Six Days in Fallujah" generated from
2004 through 2010
This is why I am requesting the records: I am a representative of a news organization and I have a history
of printing material I obtain through FOIA requests on a) MarketWatch's website, marketwatch.com, v)
Barron's website, barrons.conn, c) in various print other publications such as Barron's magazine operated

by Dow Jones. Through this request, I am trying to learn more about how the CIA engages with
videogame companies.
If there are questions about our request: please contact me via my cell phone (listed at the top of the
FOIA) or vial email since I am a reporter and this information has news value to the public.
This request is different because I'm a reporter: As a representative of the news media I am only
required to pay for the direct cost of duplication after the first 100 pages. I agree to pay reasonable
duplication fees for the processing of this request.
Please notify me: if duplication fees for this request are expected to exceed $25.00. If my request is
denied in whole or part, I ask that you justify all deletions by reference to specific exemptions of the act.
I will also expect you to release all segregable portions of otherwise exempt material. I, of course,
reserve the right to appeal your decision to withhold any information or to deny a waiver of fees.
I look forward to your reply within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
Sincerely,
Fee Waiver:
This request is from a member of the news media.
