(U) Summary of Investigative Actions 1. (UHFOU0) On 12 October 2018, the Office of Inspector General (OIG) received (b)(3) information from Office of Security (OS), derived through security processing, alleging (b)(6) (b)(7)(c) misused her access to CIA computer systems and a database to conduct unofficial searches on her brother. 2. (UHCIA-IU0) This matter was investigated as potential violation(s) of: � (U) Federal law 5 U.S.C. �552a, The Privacy Act of 1974; � (UHCIA-IU0) Agency Regulation (AR) 4-1, Standards of Conduct; � (UHCIA-IU0) AR 10-10, Protection of Personally Identifiable Information (PII); and � (UHCIA-1U0) AR 10-14, Access to and Release of Official Information. (b)(3) (b)(6) (b)(7)(c) (b)(7)(e) 3. (UHFOU0) On 25 October 2018, OIG initiated an investigation into this matter. The OIG's investigation of this matter included HI. (U) Findings (b)(7)(e) (b)(3) (b)(6) (b)(7)(c) (b)(7)(e) 5. (UHFOU0) The OIG investigation found that between conducted approximately a searches in a (UHFOU0) OIG was unable to obtain the Agency Regulations that governed this violation in 2008.
