(TS/NF/HCS) 1. The sequence of events was that an armed group attacked a convoy of vehicles returning staff from an (b)(1 )
international school to their quarters on 31 August on Papua. Two Amcits were among those killed. Initial blame was (b)(3)
placed on the Papua independence group "OPM" (Free Papua Movement).
All information available has been turned over to Dept of Justice/FBI investigators
(formal report made to DOJ on 23 Sept).
