1. The reliability of as a source of positive 'intelligence
information has not yet been y ascertained.
2. In order to assist CIA in its appraisal of as a source,
and in order to permit the determination of a definitive source grading
for him, it is requested that the Eurasian Branch, 0-2 provide at an
early date a careful evaluation of the reports listed in the
attachment hereto.
3. Each evaluation should give particular attention to the accuracy
of the information and secondary consideration to its intelligence value.
4. Your cooperation in this matter is sincerely appreciated.
