of requirements. Information Technology (IT) professionals work primarily
in the Directorate of Digital Innovation (DDI) within the CIA.
We lead teams of functional and mission experts, represent the Agency in
federal and Intelligence Community IT activities, and use both our technical
and interpersonal skills to add value to every endeavor. The DDI strives to
have a major and positive impact on all IT activities across the Agency. If you

OPPORTUNITIES
� Applications Developer
Develop and deploy unique and critical applications in support of
intelligence collection, production and dissemination. Support the
CIA's global intelligence enterprise with an information advantage.
Create solutions to reduce information overload, increase analyst
collaboration, improve intelligence knowledge base and automate
foreign text translation.
� Customer Service & Information Technology Officer
The customer's vital link for all information and technology services.
Apply technical knowledge and customer service skills in a dynamic
environment. Provide in-depth first-tier and second-tier support, analysis
and problem resolution for customers on a wide range of IT products,
applications and processes.
� Field IT Systems Administrators
See the world while providing global IT support to the nation's Intelligence
Community. Manage and maintain complex LAN computer systems and
associated WAN platforms, to include terrestrial, satellite and tactical
communications capabilities. Provide exceptional customer support as
the single point of contact for IT services to a diverse and sophisticated
customer base.
� Field IT Technicians
Support the global mission through planning, installing and maintaining
computer, network and telecommunications systems in Agency data
centers world-wide.
� Field Utility Systems Specialists
Bring your Electrical/HVAC/Diesel trade skills to bear in the defense
of the Nation. Plan, install and maintain mission essential primary and
emergency power sources, complex HVAC systems and associated
infrastructure in Agency facilities world-wide.
� IT Engineer
Use your background as a computer engineer, enterprise systems
engineer or network engineer to design and deploy a secure, global
computing infrastructure, leveraging the best of industry and internally
developed solutions. Connect people and information systems to solve
mission-critical challenges in the protection of national security.
� IT Project Manager
Manage programs and/or projects in direct support of the Agency's mission.
Advance solutions that satisfy some of the Agency's most unique intelligence
challenges. Develop requirements, complete engineering analyses, organize
development activities; conduct performance, security and risk assessments;
and transition systems to full operation.
