1.171V9.0n the afternoon of Saturday, 21 January, newly sworn-in President Donald Trump is scheduled to visit
CIA Headquarters to meet with the workforce in the OHB Main Lobby.
�(VINFT"'While the exact time of the visit is still being determined, staff employees are invited to attend for
seating in the Lower Lobby and to stand in the Upper Lobby and Lower Lobby. There may also be a receiving
line to meet the President. Attendance at this event is voluntary, and staff who attend the event must do so
on their own time. Those interested in attending must RSVP by noon on Thursday, 19 January to
on a first-come, first-served basis, and those confirmed to attend will receive a detailed (b)(3)
response.
_1541.141913e advised that the White House traveling media pool will likely be present during the visit. It is also
likely that cable television networks will broadcast the event live, and still photographers will be present.

including access to corridors and offices, traffic and parking details, internal broadcasts and special
