2019 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for all documentation or records Remote
neural monitoring, electronic telepathy, V2K, microwave auditory effect and all direct
energy weapons technology in possession of the US government and which agencies are
responsible for their use or appropriations and names of individuals who are in Oklahoma
involving covert organized stalking and terrorism of United States citizens by government
agencies between 2014 to present day 2019.
Our records indicate that you had previously requested this same information in your request,
