DOMINATED WORLD PEACE COUNCIL HAVE, PRIVATELY,
EXPRESSED CONSIDERABLE DISAPPOINTMENT OVER WHAT THEY REGARD
AS THE "LOW LEVEL" OF REPRESENTATION AT THE 3-S MAY 1974
"INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON NICARAGUA AND FOR PEACE IN
CENTRAL AMERICA" WHICH. WAS HELD IN LISBON AND WAS SPONSORED
BY THE WPC TOGETHER WITH A NUMBER OF OTHER SOVIET-FRONT
ORGANIZATIONS. THE WPC OFFICIALS DIRECTLY ATTRIBUTED
