Dear Ms. Ms. Fong:
Under the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. subsection 552, I am requesting a copy
of the agency's DCI special briefing document and notes on UFOs and the United
States Government UFO Program to President-Elect Senator John F. Kennedy
given by DCI Allen W. Dulles and DDP Richard Bissell, Jr. at Palm Beach, Florida,
on 18 November 1960. Reference of this briefing is found in the book Allen Dulles:
Master of Spies by James Srodes. On page 510 Srodes writes that "On November 18
Dulles and Bissell flew to Palm Beach to inform the president-elect on some confidential
intelligence that had been denied him as a candidate."
