USSR: Soviet Government fears famine�US Ambassador Steinhardt re- ports from Prague that Andret Zhnov, Deputy Secretary General of the Communist Party of the USSR, told the Czechoelovakian parliamen- tary delegation, which recently visited the SoViet Union, that the Soviet Government has "grave fears" of famine next spring.
