USSR: Grain shortage--According to US Legation Helsinki, members of the Finnish Trade Mission which recently returned from Moscow are convinced that the Soviet grain crop is "very short" as a result of the drought in the Ukraine and heavy rains at harvest time in eastern USSR. The delegates noticed an absence of flour in the stores.
