Attached hereto is biographic data concerning the Subject
who was connected with the Office of Strategic Services during
World War II.
Newspaper articles during the latter part of 1955 con-
tained considerable information indicating that ICARDI had been
indicted for possible connection with the murder of Major William V.
Holohan in Italy. �
I would appreciate it if you would cause a thorough search
to be made of your records, including criminal files, for all infor-
mation, either favorable or unfavorable, bearing on his character,
loyalty or reputation.
