Syria: The international community is focusing on reports of a massacre in Horns
Province last Friday. The UN Security Council yesterday unanimously condemned the violence,
t least in part on regime artillery and tank fire
Violence yesterday continued following the civilian deaths in Horns. The London-
based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that 87 civilians were killed yesterday,
including 34 when regime tanks shelled residential neighborhoods in the town of Hamah,
