I request disclosure of any records that were prepared, received, transmitted, collected and/or
maintained by the CIA, relating to clandestine psychological operations from 1975 to the present time,
using any of the following terminology... Gangstalking, cause-stalking, community based harassment,
electronic mind control, remote neural monitoring etc for the purposes of creating a cult to target
American citizens or residents.

If there are any fees for searching for, reviewing, or copying the records, please notify me before
processing if the amount exceeds $50.00 dollars.
If this request is denied in whole or in part, I request that you justify all deletions by reference to specific
