2. A budgeting estimate of the build-up of a full-
scale and a one-third scale mock-up of the "Square Pair"
radar will be given to ORD by OTS. At the present time,
ORD personnel do not know whether or not the type of birds
.used on TACANA will be able to correlate or adapt to scale
changes in a particular target or how much detail is
