DAVID GRAIVER AND KR, TIMERMAN, IN THIS INDUSTRIAL PARTNERSHIP, MR. TIMERMAN WAS AWARDED 50% OF THE SHARES FOR HIS KNOW-HOW AND ORGANIZATIONAL EFFORT AND GRAIVER, WAS AWARDED 50% OF THE SHARES FOR HIS CAPITAL INVESTMENT, LATER BOTH THE PARTNERS TURNED OVER 5% OF THEIR SHARES TO A MR. ROTHENBURG, THIS INFORMATION WAS PREVIOUSLY MADE AVAILABLE TO THE SECOND SPECIAL MILITARY TRIBUNAL IN BUENOS AIRES PROVINCE. FURTHERMORE, ALL NOTARIES IN ARGENTINA HAVE BEEN REQUIRED BY THE GOVERNMENT TO PROVIDE INFORMATION REGARDING ANY TRANSACTIONS THEY WITNESSED BY PERSONS PRESENTLY UNDER THE INSTITUTIONAL ACT.WITH THE EXCEPTIONS OF THESE FEW TRANSACTIONS, THERE HAS BEEN NO ALLEGATION OF OTHER PROPERTY HOLDINGS BY JACOBO TIMERMAN, 3.
