Requester is asking for information on the following
Dear Su Of Madam,
Under the terms of the 1Frcodtwn of Information Act I would like to request
copies of any documents that you may hold regarding or that related to Dr.
Henry Rainford Hulme (9th August 1908 - 8th January t91). Proof of death can
be e-mai led across if needed in the form of an obituary published in the
United Kingdom newspaper The Cktardian, published 23 January 1991, and there
was an obituary published in the Quarterly Jrximal of the Royal Astronomical
Society, Vol. 32. No. 3, 1991 which can be viewed at
jutpi/adsabs.harvard,eduifull/19910JRAS.,32-3121 During the Second World
War Dr, Hultne worked with the Admiralty and the Air Ministry and on occasion
did visit the United States, and did have some connection to the Manhattan
Project, I believe.
