dny consulting fee is almost inl-mlting. It locrttiniy
does not come close to coroensating them for tte

extremely busy men whosetic is extmaely valuable.
Some of the industrial leaeers work without compenuatioa,
but those from the acneex.ic rorld cuppl=ent thoir
regular income by their consulting fees. &Woo the
c=petitiml is so fierce for their time, thsy are receiviaz
higher and higher fees from other organizations. Eolle

consultants regularly receives $150 a day tnd recently

circumvention of our own relulations because these men
are r'ally being used as-conzultatts. We weuld prefer
At to get involved In this subterfuze, but we may be
forced in to it.
