Subject: Cafeteria overcharge
Feedback: I made the mistake of going to the cafeteria yesterday (1/26) while you were itching over to
the new system. The place was super busy at 11:15 and I went to a register. The scales must have been
off because it kept ringing up as $1.07 when I clearly had more food than that. A manager was standing
right there and told me not to worry about it and to just go. I told him that I wanted to pay for the food I
got and I couldnt do that. So he told me to go to the next register and it rang up as $5-something. He
did tell me he couldn't give me the $1.07 back Not quite sure why that was. Can you explain to me why
I couldn't get the money I paid over back? Thank you.
