This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act.
I am requesting information or records on
Oct. 26, 1922 in Memphis, TN and died Feb.
Security number was Her last
Dallas. Her obituary was published in The
2004. A copy of this obituary is attached.
Mary Elizabeth McHughes Ferrell. She was born
20, 2004, in Dallas, Texas. Her Social
known address was 4406 Holland Ave. in
Dallas Morning News from Feb. 23 to Feb. 24,
Specifically, I am requesting information or records indicating whether Mary Elizabeth
McHughes Ferrell had ever been a CIA employee or had any other type of affiliation with
the CIA. This would include standard personnel or contractor files and agreements with
Mary Elizabeth McHughes Ferrell.
I am also requesting information or records of communications between Mary Elizabeth
McHughes Ferrell and the CIA, including but not limited to records requests that Mary
Elizabeth McHughes Ferrell made to the CIA. Please search the CIA FOIA logs for
requests made by Ferrell between and Jan. 1, 1963 and Feb. 20, 2004_
I am also requesting information or records of any reports or other documents generated
by the CIA about Mary Elizabeth McHughes Ferrell.
Please notify me first if the processing fee exceeds $50. If you deny all or any part
of this request, please cite each specific exemption you believe justifies your refusal
to release the information 1 am requesting and notify me of appeal procedures available
to me wader law.
