For a few weeks now the FOIA site has been getting attacked, and in one event the site became unavailable for a period
of time. From that moment, we have worked toward getting them protected so we can better monitor (b)(31
and thwart attacks. This has been a coordinated effort between FOlA,J and with group to schedule (b)(3)
the change. The change will be made on the portal and does not involve ANY internal systems and will have NO (b)(3)
impact to internal systems at all. We are trying to follow the process that has been set up, but now an internal issue is
holding up a change to an external entity and protection for a site that needs to be protected right away.
