This is a final response to your 5 July 2014 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)
request, received in the office of the Information and Privacy Coordinator on 5 July 2014,
for disclosure of any and all leak investigation referrals the CIA has made to the
Department of Justice between January 1, 2009 and the date the search for
responsive records begins and all records that refer to these leak investigation
referrals.
A search of our database indicates that you had previously requested information
on the same subject in your request dated 1 July 2014, which we assigned reference
number F-2014-01935 which we are currently processing. Our records further show that
we responded to your request on 7 July 2014, a copy of which is enclosed for your
