This is a final response to your 21 March 2014 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)
request, received in the office of the Information and Privacy Coordinator on
24 March 2014, for copies of any and all talking points (in draft and final form) and
any and all guidance issued to the CIA's Office of Public Affaire about the ongoing
dispute between the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and the Senate Select
Committee on Intelligence (SSCI) over the SSCI's review of the CIA's former
Detention and Interrogation Program and any and all records that relate or refer to
the talking points or guidance.
A search of our database indicates that you had previously requested information
on the same subject on 17 March 2014 in F-2014-01059. Even though you have worded
this request differently, the search for the requested records will be subsumed by your
earlier request; therefore, this request is being canceled.
