Dear Mr. Leopold:
On 12 August 2013, the office of the Information and Privacy Coordinator received your
7 August 2013 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, which we interpreted to be for all records
previously released to requester Kevin Fenton between 2001 and 2013. We have assigned your
request the reference number above. Please use this number when corresponding so that we can
identify it easily.
We must decline your request to waive fees. Since the material referred to above has been
released to numerous requesters and is already in the public domain, its re-release would not
contribute significantly to the public understanding of the operations and activities of the United
States Government.
We searched and located the same documents that were released and provided to the requester
in connection with the above subject. Therefore, we located a total of 120 documents, consisting of
887 pages, which is responsive to your request. If you are interested in receiving these documents, we
will provide document copies at a cost of ten cents (US$.10) per page to you less the first 100 pages as
a requester in the "representative of the news media" fee category at the total cost of $78.70. Please
send a check or money order for $78.70, made payable to the Treasurer of the United States. Please
cite reference number F-2013-02421 to ensure proper credit to your account. A copy of our schedule
of fees is enclosed for reference. We will hold your request in abeyance for 45 days from the date of
this letter pending your response.
