This is a final response to your 2 January 2013 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)
request, submitted on behalf of your client, Fakih, Mohamad Abdallah, received in the
office of the Information and Privacy Coordinator on 2 January 2013, for:
1. Documents and information related to the processing and entry to the
United States of Mohamad Abdallah Fakih in October 2009.
2. Documents and information related to refusal of admission to the United
States, followed by questioning by the Customs and Border Protection
upon his arrival at the Pre-Clearance Port of Entry Pearson Toronto
International Airport in October 2010.
3. Documents and information related to refusal of issuance of a non-
immigrant visitor visa to Mr. Fakih in July 2011.
