CHIGOE - USN Coordination - _Meeting
1. 1 have scheduled a meeting between ourselves
and Capt. Wolin and staff at Patuxent River Naval Air
Otation� at 1400 hours on Monday, 28 March. The purpose
of the meeting will he to set out in detail the tasks
and timing of Wits support to CHIGOE. I will arrange
transportation.
2. In arder.10- Present a cohesive, integrated
package to USNi=1 AM calling a preliminary meeting at
1400 hours on Friday, 25 March, to review and coordinate
these items; The Place will be announced later, as this
date falls An the ORD moving, period. At this meeting 1
would appreciate receiving from each of you a written
draft containing:
a. specific tasks/services/materiel which
you foresee as being required of USN during �IY.-
the program, in either development or oper-
ational phases,
B. authorisations/contacts/introductions
which you will need to perform your Agency
tasks in connection with the program, and
c. additional comments, including potential
problems which may arise in our working re-
lationship.
