Proposal.
This Contractor submits, as Enclosure (1) hereto, its formal cost-
plus-fixed-fee price proposal covering the correction of basic air-
frame discrepancies on SP2H Aircraft, S/N 135582. This proposal is
presented to supplement our Reference (a) submittal under Reference
(b) contract.
A detailed listing of discrepancies, proposed corrective action and
estimated labor cost, by line item, is set forth in Enclosure (1).
Material costs are shown as a separate item representing an estimate
of miscellaneous materials which are not normally available from
Navy Supply sources.
Other direct costs (premium pay) were developed on the basis of an
estimated 88 overtime manhours to be expended in accomplishing this
task. It is requested that the Task Order issued for this effort
include authorization for the expenditure of 88 overtime manhours.11
