Attachment A contains Minutes of Meeting held 7 February 1966 at Contractor's Greenville facility, and summarizes points agreed upon jointly by the Contractor and the Agency. 2. Attachment B shows Contractor's organization chart of Greenville Division Engineering Operations. 3. The following items relate to discussions regarding the contract and its performance. a Urgent need for cable communications. requested that Bill Long be informed and asked make installations as soon as possible, and/or arrange for OSA use of present cable drop be- longing to the other agency component. to b. Urgent need for the P2V aircraft, now located in California, to be readied and ferried to the contractor's Greenville facility for use during contract Phase I. requested that arrangements be made through Bill Seward at Head- quarters with the Air Force at California location. Immediately upon notification of aircraft availa- bility, Dave Lane at Greenville is to be notified. He will disptach mechanical and flight crews for readying and ferrying.
