(U/MeHifil) Mohammed Al-Fayed To File Suit Against CIA in California
(1.182Wee) Attorney Mark Zaid informed the CIA recently that his billionaire client, Mohammed Al-Fayed, will file
suit in the US District Court for the Central District of California to compel the CIA to comply with a subpoena
request for information in support of a civil suit Mr. Al-Fayed filed against several co-conspirators. In that civil suit,
Mr. Al-Fayed alleges the co-conspirators attempted to swindle him with bogus documents that implicated British
Intelligence in the deaths of his son, Dodi Al-Fayed, and Princess Diana in Paris in 1997. The CIA was subpoenaed
in that civil case to provide records on its investigation of the co-conspirators and their actions. According to Mr.
Zaid, Mr. Al-Fayed's latest suit in District Court will be filed because CIA has not responded to the subpoena request
for those records.
