Dear Director Panetta:
On May 02, 2007, a letter was sent to the Inspector General and the Information and Privacy
Coordinator's office concerning my several past attempts to receive copies of any records or
information from I have also madc several other Privacy Act, FOIA,
and billing requests covering the time since 1983 with no replies on their progress. May I have
an update on all my Privacy Act, FOIA, and bitting requests made to the CIA over the years?
Could someone also in the Agency Release Panel please look into this matter and let me know
what progress they can make on my past PA/FOIA requests?

P.S. leaseS form the CIA1s accounting department that the CIA's payment to cover damages
done to my career is now estimated around 21,500,000.00 dollars. This is only a preliminary
estimate and is not all inclusive since a final total cannot be calculated in I receive mY
requested information.
