I recently received a reply letter from the Office of Information and Privacy Coordinator from
whom I was seeking my reference/file number.
I was informed by the coordinator to submit my request with your department. I am
therefore requesting my reference/file number from you as soon as is possible.
If it helps you in finding my reference/file number, the case was submitted in November
2005 to then Director Hayden. I am formally requesting my reference/file number so that I can
