1. The following named personnel, at a de to be determined by the Commanding
Officer this headquarters, are relieved from their present assignment and duty0-anddi-
rooted to proceed by rail to the Now York Port of Embarkation� Brooklyn, New York, re-
porting upon arrival thereat to the Commanding General for instructions and water trans-
portation to an overseas destination, and upon arrival at overseas destination.1 personnel
will report to the Commanding General thereat for assignment to duty with the Office of
Strategic Services:
