This is a final response to your 8 September 2009 Freedom of Information Act
(FOIA) request, received in the office of the Information and Privacy Coordinator on
2 October 2009, for information regarding "Servicios de Inteligencia Cubanos y sus
labores de reclutamiento espionaje y sabotaje en paises americanos, principalmente en
Mexico, Guatemala, Venezuela, Nicaragua, Costarica, El Salvador, Honduras, Panama,
Belice, Republica Dominicana, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Brasil y Bolivia."

English language. This is so because we are not authorized to expend government funds
for translations of such materials and because the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)
does not authorize government agencies to conduct research in order to satisfy requests.
