Casual Investigation of Kidnapings
Argentine Army leaders believe that the kidnapings
of foreign journalists last week were carried out by mem-
1 bers of an Army psychological warfare intelligence unit. 3Army security investigators are said to know--and the
government may soon reveal--the identities of some of
those involved. The Army is in no hurry, however, to
complete its investigation.
