"Courtship" Unit
1. Attached is a memorandum to you from the Director of
the Federal Bureau of Investigation which transmits for your
signature the annual CIA/FBI request to the Attorney General
for approval to continue the joint "Courtship" unit for the
next fiscal year. The joint unit is a successful endeavor
which demonstrates the benefits gained from a cooperative effort
