Attached for your information is a copy
of a message from Bunker to Rusk received
via our channels this morning. Also attached
is a copy of the rnereoraadum hy which I sent
the text over to Ben Read.
The 'further information" Bunker refers
to is the information which Hart relayed in
SAIGON 8452 (copy also attached), the cable
I was referring to in rx.y conanent at this
morning's etaff meeting. As you will note.
Read was given its gist but of course, not
its text.
