The Viet Minh used 20 "Stalin organs" of 12 roCkets each at Dien Bien Phu. These were not:put into action until the closing days of the battle. The rocket's were not mounted on trucks: but were fired from a platform which probably has wheelS and can be errected from a truck. The caliber of the rockets is unknown. 2. A fighter-bomber from Cat Bi on a mission in the Delta area .encountered 37mm flack in the vicinity of Hai Duong (N 20-56; E 106-19).1 1. Comment. The bridges across the river at Hai Duong are the most vulnerable link in the Hanoi-Haiphong supply line.
